If you have any problems with any of our products, please call us immediately at (336) 851-9097 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
All product returns must have a valid Return Authorization (RA) to receive credit. Please call our office at (336) 851-9097 to receive an RA. Credit will not be given until the product in question has been received back by Emerging Technologies inc.
Shipping charges will only be credited for Emerging Technologies inc. errors. All returns must be sent back pre-paid.
Items damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged and the damage must be reported to Emerging Technologies inc. within 3 days of receipt of product. The product must be returned in its original exterior carton in order to receive full credit.
